Chicken keema goli ( keema kabab)

Ingredients

⇉  300 grams chicken or mutton mince
⇉  1 tbsp desi ghee
⇉  1 tsp full coriander seeds crushed 
⇉  1 tsp cumin powder⇉  1 big onion fine chopped⇉  4 green chillies fine chopped⇉  handful of coriander leaves fine chopped
⇉  1/2 tsp garam masala powder
⇉  1/2 tsp black pepper powder
⇉  1 tbsp ginger garlic paste⇉  1/2 medium sized lemon juice
⇉  1 tsp full red chilli flakes
⇉  4 tbsp gramflour
⇉  salt to taste

Method

⇉  Combine chicken mince, red chilli flakes ,coriander seeds, garam masala powder, pepper powder ,salt ,onions ,green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice ,desi ghee and gramflour in a bowl

⇉  Knead well and make small tikki shaped goli.

 ⇉  fry in medium hot oil over low to medium flame till golden brown from all sides

⇉  Serve with chutney or ketchup
