KULFI

Ingredients


⇒  Full fat milk 1.5 liter
⇒  Evaporated milk 125g. (3 tins)
⇒  Sugar 1 cup
⇒  Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
⇒  Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
⇒  Almond and pistachio boiled and cut

METHOD

⇒  Cook full fat milk till half on slow flame.
( keep separating its cream)

⇒  Add sugar and cook for more 15 minuets.

⇒   Add evaporated milk cook more for half an hour.

⇒   when it get thick add dissolved corn flour & cook more for 15 mins

⇒  add almond and pistachio.

⇒  Switch off flame and let it cool. when it comes to room temperature put it in to disposable glass with stick or if you have mould use it and  freeze it over night .

⇒   Serving 10-12 Kulfi. Enjoy!
