Remedy For Swelling and Pain

Ingredients.

Mango Leaves (fresh)      8 to 10 leaves
Potash Alum (crushed)     1 teaspoon
Turmeric                            half teaspoon
Mustard oil                        1 tb.spoon

Method

Heat mustard oil in a pan a bit.
Now add Mango leaves and cook a bit but don't fry.
Then add turmeric and alum and make a paste.

How to apply

Apply this paste on Affected area (swelling or pain) of the body and wrap a cloth on it.
Remove this after 30 mins.
Use twice in a week.
