Beef Chilli Pulao
Ingredients:

Meat (beef) 1/2 kg 
Rice 1/2 kg
Green Chillies 15 -16
Tomato 1
Onion 2 
Garlic 2 cloves 
Ginger 1 piece 
Cardamom 2 
Star Anise 1 
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp 
Cinnamon Stick 1 
Black Pepper 6 -7 
Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste 
Oil ½ cup 
Whole Spices Powder 1btsp

Ingredients For Chutney:

Garlic Paste 1 tsbp 
Salt 1 pinch 
Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp 
Water 3 tbsp

Method:
1. In cooker add beef ,water,whole spices,salt,onion,ginger garlic and cook until beef is half done.
2.  Now separate beef and strain stock and set aside. 
3.  In another pot add oil ,onion sliced and fry until light golden.
4.  Now add beef ginger galic paste and fry well.
5.  Add tomato and 8 -9 green chillies,whole spices powder ,salt and fry well.
6.Add beef stock bring it to boil. 
7. Now add rice and cook on medium flame.max 6 to 8 mnts. 8. Now add left green chillies and put on dum for about 10 mnts.

For baghar

: In frying pan add 4 tblspn oil add onion fry untill light golden.
spread on pulao. 
Serve wth lehsan chatni and raita..

For lehsan chatni:

Take 1 bowl 
Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste, a pinch of salt and 1 tblspn red chilli pwdr 
Add 3 tblspn water mix 
  ..chatni is ready..
