 Salt to taste
 Pisi lal mirch 1tea spn
 Kuti lal mirch 1tea spn
 Dhunya powder 1tea spn Haldi half tea spn
 Chat masala 1nd half tea spn
 Kasuri methi 1tbl spn
 Dahi adha cup
 Oil half cup 
Adrak lmbi kati hoe for garnish

METHOD

Oil m pyaz light brown kr lyn. Ab chiken, adrak lehsn paste add kr m chiken ko 5mint fry kren.

Ab kasuri methi, chat masala, grm masala, zeera add kren or hlki aanch pr 8 sy 10mint pkny dyn.
