Take this drink and loss 5kg weight in a week.
All you need are;
- 1 cup of water
- 30 grams mint leaves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 spoon ginger paste
- 1/4 spoon black pepper
- 1spoon turmeric powder
Method
- Boil all the ingredients in water except turmeric.
- After boiling add turmeric powder.
- Boil for 2 mins more.
- Sieve this drink ,let it cool a bit and take it.
